Goliath was responsible mainly for communications and facilitation, training with focus op organisational and leadership development.
“With my strong background in youth development and empowerment I still [believe] these remain a cornerstone of building a progressive and prosperous society.
“Op joining the National Coloured Congress in January 2022 I vowed to continue working in developing and empowering people, and to use my skills to the benefit of society, especially the marginalised.”
Goliath said he is a strong believer in equality and “the fight for a freer society where oppression and marginalisation no longer held sway, which requires a collective effort and a strong shift in mindset among our people”, he added.
“As a councillor I believe my role will now shift gears, building a positive citizenry by working hard to create an environment conducive to economic development and job creation.
“Most importantly, I will work to restore the dignity and humanity of our people, especially in areas deliberately neglected by the government. All these are high op my list of priorities,” he emphasized.
