​Paul Job, professional photographer from Kimberley, has achieved a major career milestone, officially earning his Certified Professional Photographer (CPP) designation from the Professional Photographers of America (PPA).

The CPP designation is held by a select group of photographers worldwide. To earn the credential, candidates must pass a comprehensive written examination covering advanced exposure and lighting theory, as well as submit a technical portfolio for rigorous review by a panel of master photographers.

For Paul, pursuing the certification was a personal challenge aimed at continuously refining his craft.

“I’ve always believed that no matter how long you’ve been shooting, there is always room to learn, sharpen your skills, and hold your work to higher standards,” Job says.

“It’s about bringing that level of technical precision and dedication to every client who steps in front of my camera.”

The achievement adds to Paul’s 30-year career behind the lens.

A graduate of the New York Institute of Photography, his work has appeared in numerous national and international publications.

Over the years, he has earned two international photography awards and previously held membership with the International Society of Aviation Photographers.
