Stirling High School, East London, proudly congratulates karate star Bethany Bartosch on her remarkable achievements in karate.
At the Eastern Province Goju-Kai Karate-do Open Championship on 8 August at the Fairview Sport Centre in Gqeberha, Bethany claimed Gold in Kumite (fighting) and Silver in Unison Team Kata.
Her success continued at the KSA National League 1, held at the Kariega Indoor Sport Centre from 21–22 August, where she represented the Eastern Cape Karate team. Competing in the U14 Elite Girls Kata and Kumite, Bethany secured a Bronze medal in the 52kg+ Kumite division.
These outstanding performances highlight karate star Bethany Bartosch’ dedication, skill, and fighting spirit. Stirling High School and the wider Eastern Cape community celebrate her inspiring journey and commend her for bringing honour to her school and province.
