St Andrew’s College, Makhanda, hosted the Interhouse Tennis Junior and Senior competitions this past term in an exciting round‑robin format. Each house fielded twelve players—six juniors and six seniors—who battled across the season with determination and skill.
At the conclusion of the round‑robin stage, the top four teams advanced to the semi‑finals:
- Junior Semi‑finals: Upper vs Armstrong; Espin vs Merriman
- Senior Semi‑finals: Upper vs Mullins; Armstrong vs Graham
These matches set up two thrilling finals:
- Junior Final: Armstrong vs Espin
- Senior Final: Upper vs Armstrong
Congratulations to Armstrong House, crowned Junior Interhouse Tennis Champions, and to Upper House, who claimed the Senior Interhouse Tennis title.
Well done to all the tennis players for their outstanding team spirit, sportsmanship, and commitment throughout the competition.
