GALESHEWE – A community outreach programme by the Road Accident Fund (RAF) will give residents of the Frances Baard District Municipality and its local municipalities direct access to a range of the fund’s services.

This includes assistance with registering new claims, assembling required compliance documents, checking the status of claims, and reporting any unscrupulous attorneys and touts.

What to bring

Community members are encouraged to bring their identity documents, which are needed for all services rendered.

Those lodging new claims should also bring any available case numbers, accident reports, medical reports, vehicle registration numbers, and details of other parties involved in the accident.

This outreach programme reflects the RAF’s commitment to responsive service delivery, ensuring that claimants receive practical information and support with direct access to the people managing their cases.

Dedicated RAF employees will be present throughout the day to assist claimants and their families with care, professionalism, and clear guidance.

• The programme will be hosted by the Sol Plaatjie Municipality at the Galeshewe Community Hall on Saturday 5 September from 08:00 to 16:00.
