A disciplined bowling performance set the tone, with Rhys Wiblin delivering superb control to finish with 2/10. He then carried his form into the chase, scoring a composed 46 off 42 balls. Connor Holder provided steady support, remaining unbeaten on 30 off 31 balls.
Callum Taggart also contributed with 2/16, keeping the Falcons under pressure early on.
Match 2: Victory Over Prince Edward
Prince Edward: 116 all out (16.1 overs) — batted first St Andrew’s College: 117/7 (15.2 overs) — won by 3 wickets
Charlie Broster led the attack with an outstanding 5/15, dismantling Prince Edward’s batting lineup.
In the chase, Callum Taggart produced the standout innings of the day, smashing a brilliant 53 off 30 balls to put College in control. Ben Scharges showed composure under pressure, finishing unbeaten on 30, guiding the team home.
