Fairmont High School, Cape Town, proudly celebrates Grade 12 learner Xavier Gomes on his outstanding selection to represent South Africa at the UCI Downhill Mountain Bike World Championships in Val di Sole, Trentino, Italy.
Competing in the Junior Men’s Downhill category from 26–30 August 2026, Xavier will wear the green and gold with pride as he takes on the world’s best young riders.
