Pearson High School, Gqeberha, is incredibly proud of its two First Team Pearson High co-captains, Kèani Schoultz and Taytem Hargreaves. They represented the U18 Eastern Cape Iqude Netball team at the annual Telkom Netball Champs held in Boksburg from 6 to 10 July.
Facing off against South Africa’s top provincial teams, the Iqude side delivered an exceptional performance throughout the tournament. Their determination and teamwork culminated in a 35–27 victory over Gauteng in the 3rd/4th place playoff, securing the bronze medal and finishing 3rd overall.
This achievement marks a historic milestone for Eastern Cape netball, showcasing the region’s growing strength on the national stage.
