MOTHERWELL-BASED basketball club, PE Comets, held a glittering function to honour their outstanding players during the 2021 league season at the Raymond Mhlaba Indoor Sports Centre in Motherwell NU 4B on December 19, 2021.

Before the function started, the attendees gave a moment of silence for their late official, Zanele Fohloza Ncipha, who passed away in November 2021. According to PE Comets’ president, Sibongile Fondini, they wanted to motivate their players because their performance levels were immensely high.

Teamwork has taken us where we are today. I would like to thank all the members of PE Comets for working together.”
