Merle’s delectable venison kebabs
Ingredients
- 1 kg venison sausage (twisted into small pieces)
- 250g streaky bacon
- 1 packet pitted prunes
- 20 pickling onions
- 30 dried apricots (marinated in water or juice)
Preparation
Step 1: Wrap sausages in bacon.
Step 2: Thread sausage, onions, prunes and apricots on kebab sticks – alternate – depending on how big you want them.
Step 3: Braai or grill.
