SAPS Chatty detectives, are seeking the community’s assistance in tracing a 47-year old woman who went missing on Saturday, July 22.
It is alleged that Janine Susan Swartz, left her friend’s house in Vastrap, Chatty, and that was the last time she was seen.
“Enquiries were made with family and friends where she frequently visited, but they were unable to trace her and on Monday, July 24, she was reported missing at SAPS Chatty,” said police spokesperson Capt. Sandra Janse Van Rensburg.
At the time of her disappearance, she was wearing Nike sandals, blue tracksuit pants and a brown gown.
Police are appealing to anyone who can assist in tracing Janine Swartz, to contact D/WO Marlin van Heerden on 068 452 6787 or Crime Stop 08600 10111 or their nearest police station.
