“The club identified Ilitha Primary School, located in a poverty stricken area as our partner school. Our aim is to supply these girls with the pads they will need for the entire year, with the hope that we will be able to continue to support them and also build relationships with opportunities for mentorship,” Mulaudzi said.
Toiletries and string bags were also donated by Linda Bovungana and the Nelson Mandela University.
The VMSC was established in 2012 to promote sport and a healthy lifestyle in previously disadvantaged areas in the metro.
