The investigation into the disappearance of a 16-year-old boy from Greenpoint in Kimberley has been intensified by members of the Family Violence, Child Protection and Sexual Offences Unit. A reward of R50 000 is being offered to anyone who can provide valuable information that may lead to the safe return of Vusi Immanuel Meas.

Vusi was reported missing on Sunday 1 March. He was last seen by friends at approximately 06:00 that day at Point Style Tavern. At the time, he was wearing blue loose-fitting denim jeans and a black crop-top jersey.

Anyone with information that may assist in locating Vusi is urged to contact Warrant Officer Attie Browers of the Kimberley Family Violence, Child Protection and Sexual Offences Unit on 082 302 0468, the SAPS Crime Stop number on 086 00 10111, or alternatively via the MySAPS App.

All information received will be treated with strict confidentiality, said Lieutenant Colonel Thabo Litabe of the police’s Corporate Communication Unit.
