For JAN Franschhoek Season V, Jan Hendrik van der Westhuizen’s innovative expression of the South African family table will once again be a nostalgic journey inspired by global culinary trends.

Patrons can expect menus that are proudly local, allowing room for something mysterious and glamorous.

Enjoy a re-imagination of family traditions and regional favourites through seasonal themes and the brilliance of beautifully paired food and wine.

Acclaimed for its warm Cape Winelands hospitality in its extensive hospitality offering, La Motte invites guests to experience the season, which promises to be a journey through food and wine that will have you reminisce and explore at the same time.

JAN Franschhoek Season V opened at the beginning of September, and will be open for dinner from Wednesday to Saturday until the end of April next year. The experience starts with a welcome in the La Motte Manor House at 18:30 and dinner begins promptly at 19:00.

On Sundays, the Jan Franschhoek food and wine experience is in the form of an extended lunch at 12:00 for 12:30.
