The Diazville High School u-19 soccer team is set to travel to Gansbaai on Friday 28 August to compete in the Provincial Finals of the Kay Motsepe League.

The team has enjoyed a remarkable season, finishing the league phase unbeaten and securing the top spot before going on to claim victory in the Regional Finals, which took place on Saturday 15 August.

According to the shool the team’s unbeaten run is a testament to the players commitment, discipline and determination, as well as the dedication of their coaching and management team. Having already conquered the league and regional stages, Diazville will be looking to take the final step and finish their campaign as Provincial Champions.

“For the young players, the trip represents more than just another football tournament. It is an opportunity to represent Diazville High School, their families and the West Coast on one of the biggest stages of their season,” the school said.
