Join in on the Amazin Race fun.

The much-anticipated Amazing Race community event, hosted by Harcourts West Coast in partnership with Kim Pistor Attorneys, is set to take place on Saturday 28 March, promising a bigger and more exciting experience for participants.

The race, which was originally scheduled to take place in November last year, had to be postponed.

Organisers have now confirmed the new date, giving teams another opportunity to prepare for what is expected to be a fun-filled and challenging day.

The event will start at the Port Owen Yacht Club, with a meet-and-greet at 09:30 and the race officially starting at 10:00. Participants can expect a route filled with engaging challenges designed to test teamwork, problem-solving skills and endurance.

The initiative aims not only to bring the community together but also to support a worthy cause. All proceeds from the event will go towards Noordhoek Primary School, contributing to education and development within the local community.

Entry costs R150 per person, while children between the ages of nine and 15 pay R80. Children under nine can participate free of charge. Only pre-entries will be accepted, with entries closing on 20 March.

Tickets can be purchased at the Harcourts Veldrif office in Velddrif, as well as at the offices of Kim Pistor Attorneys in Velddrif or Langebaan.

Exciting prizes await the first five teams to cross the finish line, adding further motivation for participants eager to take on the challenge.

Organisers encourage residents to gather their teams and join the race, which aims to strengthen community spirit while supporting local education initiatives.
