Concerned resident, Welkom:

I arrived at the provincial traffic department this week and they told me there was no official paper for the renewal of licences and making appointments for learner drivers.

No one there was interested in assisting us, and we were told they would only help a certain number of people.

Can someone please investigate this matter and get to these people who are not doing their jobs?
