Manual entries are available on Friday 25 September from 14:00 to 18:00 and Saturday 26 September from 10:00 to 14:00 at Zevenwacht Mall. No entries will be accepted on race day.

Race number collection takes place at Zevenwacht Mall on Friday 25 September from 14:00 to 18:00 and Saturday 26 September from 10:00 to 14:00. Race day collection is from 05:15 near Superspar inside the mall.

Medals will be awarded to all finishers and there are plenty of prizes in the lucky draw. Electronic timing will provide instant finish times for the 10 and 21,1 km athletes.

Road clossures

Logistics and road closures will impact early-morning travel around the mall. Skilpaddam and Zevenhof roads behind Zevenwacht Mall will be closed to general traffic from 05:00 to 08:00.

While ample free parking is available, motorists approaching from Stellenbosch, Blackheath, Stellenbosch Arterial, and Kuils River must access parking exclusively via Van Riebeeck Road. Organisers warn vehicles parked illegally at Shell Zevenwacht and KFC will be clamped.
