Calling on all trail runners and MTB enthusiasts.
The Nuy Festival Trail Run and MTB at Lions Creek Estate takes place this coming Saturday, 11 May.
After the success it had last year the organisers are looking forward to hosting this event again in 2024.
Runners entering the run or the ride will get a free ticket to the Nuy.
The route for the run and the ride will meander through the spectacular farms that form part of the festival.
The longer distances will take you on magnificent gravel roads close to the mountains as well as some single-track sections on the existing Nuy Trails.
A Hike The Vines has been added on the Sunday.
The start and finish will take place at the Lions Creek Olive Estate, where the original very well-known MTB started years ago.
Trail Run – Entry Fee includes a free ticket to the Festival valued at R200.

17 km Trail Run – R230 – Start: 8:10
35 km Trail Run – R280 – Start: 7:20
MTB – Entry Fee includes a free ticket to the Festival valued at R200.
17 km Ride The Vines – R150; Start: 08:00
35 km Ride The Vines – R250; Start: 07:45
60 km Ride The Vines – R300; Start: 07:15
E-Bikes are welcome but no prizes will be available.
