Troy Cole – Enduro World Championships
Ranked 81st in the world in the UCI Enduro rankings, Troy has qualified to represent South Africa at the 2026 UCI Mountain Bike Enduro World Championships in Finale Ligure, Italy, on 18 October 2026.
From the trails at home to the world stage, Troy’s journey reflects his determination, commitment and passion for the sport. Ashton International College is immensely proud of his achievements and looks forward to watching him take on the world’s best.
Josh Paul – XCO World Championships
Josh has been selected to represent South Africa at the 2026 UCI Cross‑Country (XCO) Mountain Bike World Championships. It takes place in Val di Sole, Italy, from 26–30 August 2026.
He excelled throughout the Cycling South Africa selection process, earning 7 selection points. Josh also finished as the Top Junior Male rider in the national XCC/XCO series and gained invaluable international experience through five European races.
His dedication, discipline and exceptional performances have secured his place among South Africa’s finest — a remarkable achievement. It fills Ashton International College with pride.
