A big shoutout to three of our proud Northwood School soccer stars, Deklin Fenton, Rhys Fenton and Jack Baverstock, who represented the Durban Eagles Academy on their exciting 10‑day UK tour.
The Northwood School Soccer Stars competed in the prestigious Pro 7v7 tournament, hosted by newly promoted Championship side Bolton Wanderers. With academies from England, Spain, Brazil, Ethiopia, and the USA, the level of competition was exceptionally high. One Durban team battled all the way to the final, narrowly losing to the renowned Steven Gerrard Academy.
An Unforgettable Experience. Beyond the tournament, the boys enjoyed a full training session with Bolton’s 1st team coaching staff, plus stadium tours of Old Trafford and Anfield — memories that will last a lifetime.
