Johannesburg, Gauteng — Waterstone College proudly celebrates Grade 7 learner Leandro Dos Santos. He has been selected to compete in the prestigious Elite Pro League (EPL) Hockey, representing Eastern’s Wolves U13 division.
In a further honour, Leandro has been appointed team captain, a testament to his leadership, commitment, and ability both on and off the field.
Season Highlights
The 2026 EPL season playoffs, running from 22 August to 19 September, have showcased Leandro Dos Santos’ skill and determination. Eastern’s Wolves now advance to the finals this week, buoyed by his outstanding performances.
Leandro’s impact was especially evident in yesterday’s emphatic 5–0 victory over the Wasps, where he was named Man of the Match.
This achievement reflects Waterstone College’s dedication to nurturing excellence in sport. The school community stands firmly behind Leandro and the Eastern’s Wolves as they prepare for the finals.
