The Southern Gauteng U14A hockey team clinched the silver medal at the Interprovincial Tournament, finishing runners-up after a 1–3 final against Western Province on Monday. The Jeppe Hockey Boys shone brightly during the tournament
Jeppe High School proudly contributed six players to the squad: Abraham van Jaarsveld, Rafael Ramar, Daniel Sartor, Mbakhe Sekabate, Claudio Jardim, and Zachary Potgieter.
Behind the scenes, Jeppe’s coaching expertise also shone through, with Mr Bryan Hillock serving as assistant coach, Mr Kevin Ramosoeu as video analyst, and Mr Shaun McGeer as strength and conditioning coach.
Individual brilliance added to the celebration: Interprovincial Tournament, finishing runners-up after a 1–3 final against Western Province, while Zachary Potgieter earned Defender of the Tournament.
