Eunice High School proudly celebrates Claire Volschenk, who represented South Africa at the U18 Hockey 5s Youth Africa Cup in Nairobi, Kenya. In a thrilling final, the team overcame hosts Kenya with an emphatic 11–6 victory to secure the gold medal.
This achievement not only crowns them continental champions but also earns South Africa a coveted place at the FIH Youth Hockey 5s World Cup in December, where they will represent Africa on the global stage.
Congratulations to Claire and the entire 5s squad for their outstanding performance and for flying the flag high for Eunice and South Africa!
