Zozibini Tunzi, Miss Universe 2019 is back in her hometown of Tsolo!
She shared photos of her visit to her home in Sidwadweni, Tsolo on Instagram on Sunday.
“Even if for a very short while, being home will always be restoration of the soul. After so long we are now currently navigating on tears of joy, love, warmth, support and song. Kuhle eMatolweni!” she captioned her photos.
She can be seen cooking Mogodu (tripe) in a potjie in one of her photos.
Since being crowned as Miss Universe in December last year, Tunzi has been living in New York as part of her reign. But she has been stuck in lockdown in America for most part of her reign due to the Coronavirus pandemic.
Her last visit to Tsolo was in February this year as part of her homecoming tour to South Africa after her crowning.
