EASTERN CAPE – Hospitality was in Siphe Skweyiya’s life long before she stepped into boardrooms or negotiated corporate contracts.

Skweyiya, who grew up in East London, has carved out a significant role in the hospitality sector as Group Sales Representative at MINT Hotels.

Her journey from helping her mother in the family kitchen to managing corporate partnerships across a hotel group exemplifies the growing influence of women in South African business.

“Hospitality isn’t just my career, it’s truly my passion,” says Skweyiya, whose approach to business has been shaped by her upbringing.
