MSE honour outstanding players

MOTHERWELL School of Excellence (MSE) held their end of season players’ awards at Vulumzi Senior Secondary School on Sunday in Motherwell, to honour their outstanding players during the MOFA 2023/24 season.

According to MSE President, Vuyisile Dyakalashe, the motive behind holding the function was to motivate their players.

“Our club made us very proud; that is why we decided to do something to boost their morale. Everybody did a lot for the club, but there are those who raised the bar more than others. I would like to urge the players’ parents to support their children when they play. Players perform extraordinarily well when their parents are behind them,” said Dyakalashe.

MSE star player, Sibabalwe Witbooi, went home with two trophies after he was voted the player of the season and the players’ player.

Ahlumile Mpongoshe and Siphosethu Nosilela received the midfielder and defender of the season respectively.
