Advocate Marius Stander has agreed to provide the further particulars requested by Peter Dauberman, the legal representative of Arnold Terblanche. This was stated during today’s court proceedings in the Vicki Terblanche murder trial in the High Court in Gqeberha.

The case has been remanded until Wednesday, June 12.

Arnold Terblanche and his co-accused, Reinhardt Leach, are facing allegations of involvement in the murder of Vicki Terblanche, who was Terblanche’s estranged wife and Leach’s girlfriend at the time of her death.

In today’s court proceedings, Advocate Stander stated that Leach’s bail application would be addressed once his legal representative, Jodine Coertzen, completes a trial she is currently engaged in another court.

“We have agreed that at some stage, when that matter stands down, we will deal with the bail application,” Advocate Stander explained to Judge Bulelwa Pakati.

Terblanche is out on bail.
