MOTHERWELL Football Association (MOFA) Premier League reigning champions, United FC, saw their chances of defending their league title slipping away, as BIMSA defeated them 1–0 during their MOFA Ibhabhathane Trading & Civil CC Premiership clash at Motherwell NU 6 Grounds on Sunday.

BIMSA noticed that their rivals, United FC, played as if they were fast asleep. Anethemba Takuta’s only goal for BIMSA, that he scored in the eighth minute, sealed the game for his side. Luphelo Cakwebe was instrumental in midfield, but United FC skipper, Melikhaya Nazo, was quick to close BIMSA’s star midfielder.

As the game was approaching its last stages, United FC took the game to BIMSA.

United FC’s right full-back, Somila Ntsangani, had some good moments, but his decisions in front of the goals were poor.

Be that as it may, United FC kept on taking the game to BIMSA. All in all, it was a very pulsating game.

Fans were treated to a 10-goal thriller after MOFA Swartkops Kwik Spar Easter Tournament 2023 edition winners, FC Motherwell, restored their dignity in their 6–4 win over Young Tigers.

Apparently, FC Motherwell went down 2–0 to Crystal Palace last week on Saturday.
