MAJOR Chiefs striker, Simamkele Tobi, guided his side to a hard-earned 1-0 victory over Lion City in their SAFA Nelson Mandela Bay SAB Regional League game which was played at Motherwell NU 2 Stadium on Sunday.
The game was evenly balanced as both sides played attacking football.
Fans saw goalkeepers from both sides showing their skills as neither side could find the back of the net in the first 45 minutes.
In the last 15 minutes of the game, Tobi scored an easy goal. City veteran striker, Ludwe Sonjica, tried for an equaliser but Chiefs’ goalkeeper, Zolisisizwe Nhele, stood his ground.
