Love is out there, and Boardwalk Hotel & Casino in collaboration with PE Express is asking residents of Gqeberha to help them to find it in time for Valentine’s Day.
But it’s not all about us and our partners as love comes in many forms. It can be romantic, but it can also be the close bond of family, the loyalty of friends, the unconditional love of parents, or the unwavering support of a community stalwart.
All you need to do is to nominate the person who symbolises love for you. Send a short message, voice note or video saying why your special person deserves to be surprised. And surprised they will be when they learn that your nomination has won them and their partner a gift for two valued at R13 810,00.
The prize will include a sumptuous Valentine’s Day buffet dinner for two at Kiplings, a relaxing couples massage at Camelot Spa, and to round off the perfect day, a romantic overnight stay at the Boardwalk hotel for two, followed by a leisurely breakfast in the morning.
The Prize:
After completely destressing, head off to Kiplings for a delicious buffet dinner. Your welcome drink will be followed by Amuse Bouche and a delicious choice of three starters. For mains select from rich and crispy roasted pork belly, tender and juicy karoo lamb, or flavour-packed pan-roasted chicken supreme confit leg, all accompanied with perfectly paired sides.
But the feast is not over until the desert menu arrives. Choose a decadent pistachio opera-chocolate with pistachio sweet bread, pistachio buttercream, candied pistachio and apricot gel. For traditionalists the baklava with a nut filling and vanilla ice cream will hit the sweet spot or, opt for a lemon meringue tart with frozen berries and meringue crumble to round off the perfect meal with your loved one.
After dinner pick up the pace with a trip to the casino with its wide variety of slots and tables games.
Then, as the celebration of love draws to a close, head off to your room.
