Gqeberha police are seeking the community’s assistance in
identifying a man whose body was found in bushes near St Georges strand on
Saturday, March 18.
According to spokesperson, Captain Andre Beetge, Swartkops
police members on patrol were stopped by a passer-by and informed of the body.
”On closer inspection they discovered the decomposing body
of an adult male in the bushes. He was wearing only a yellow shirt sleeve
t-shirt. The identity of the male remains unknown,” Beetge said.
An inquest case has been opened and being investigated by
Swartkops SAPS. Any person with information that can assist police with the
