SUBS got back to their winning ways when they overcame FC Motherwell 3–2, during their Motherwell Football Association (MOFA) Ibhabhathane Trading & Civil CC Premier League clash at Nelson Mandela Freedom Peace Park Grounds on Sunday.

Subs goal poacher, Liyabona Tsana, scored an early goal for his side in the eighth minute. Subs scored again from Tsana to make it 2–0 in the 17th minute.

The pressure that was exerted by Tsana caused one of FC Motherwell defenders to put Subs 3–0 after he scored an own goal that beat his goalkeeper in the 40th minute. Amabhayinari replied quickly, with a header courtesy of Mzingaye Poro who helped to reduce his side’s deficit to 3–1 in the 44th minute.

Lazola Mkhwetshane scored FC Motherwell’s last goal in the 69th minute, to make the final score 3–2 in favour of Subs.

Liverpool edged out Khuphuka Stars 1–0. The goal of Liverpool came courtesy of Busani Mbatha early in the first half. BIMSA thumped Heavenwise 4–1 while City Shakers accumulated three league points in their 1–0 victory over Motherwell United.
