The annual Champagne Breakfast in aid of St Francis Hospice recently received a R40,000 boost, proudly donated by Klinicare Pharmacies.

The event is scheduled to take place on Saturday, 27 September, at the Fairview Sports Centre. After the overwhelming success of previous years’ functions, this year’s Champagne Breakfast promises to be bigger and better than ever as the move to the spacious sports centre will allow the event to accommodate up to about 400 guests.

The morning’s programme will include live entertainment with Tarryn Light, lucky draw prizes, and exciting ‘lucky envelope draws’, as well as a creative floral centrepiece competition showcasing local talent.

“Supporting St Francis Hospice aligns perfectly with our mission of caring for the health and well-being of our community,” said Deon Schoeman, operations director and shareholder at Klinicare Pharmacies. “Klinicare has been a key sponsor of this annual event over the past 12 years. This event partnership not only raises essential funds for hospice care, but it also brings people together for a joyful and meaningful cause.”

The annual Champagne Breakfast will take place on 27 September at the Fairview Sports Centre in Willow Road from 09:00 for 09:30 to 12:00.

Tickets are R240 per person or R2,400 for a table of ten. All proceeds will go directly towards supporting St Francis Hospice’s palliative care services, which provide dignity, comfort and holistic support to patients and their families.
