Mara Schoultz, who was the head girl of Pearson High School in 1951, recently celebrated her 90th birthday. Haldane Pienaar, the current principal of Pearson, paid a visit to take her a beautiful bunch of flowers, to congratulate her on her milestone birthday. Pearson will celebrate an important milestone in 2026, when the Summerstrand-based school has its 100th anniversary.
