Oval Track to host holiday racing event

PE Oval Track Oval fans can look forward to exciting racing at their final event of the year on Monday, December 16. With all championships events wrapped up, this time it will be a Christmas holiday event with drivers racing against each other for prize money. A feature of the event will be a special class for new lady drivers. They will compete in a Pink Rods class and most of them will be completely new to the racetrack. To round off the event, race car mechanics will race against each other. Drivers from as far as Bloemfontein are expected to join the locals to spice up the event. The kiddies can also expect a Xmas treat during the interval. Entry is R70 for adults, R40 for pensioners and R30 for children aged 6 to 12. The first race will start at 18:00.
