TWO Nelson Mandela Bay ABC Motsepe League outfits, Highbury and Sibanye FC, failed to secure victories in away games on Saturday.
Following their recent 3-1 home win over Amavarara, the Bridgemeade-based side, Highbury, were handed a 3-0 defeat by the struggling Bisho Stars at North End Stadium in East London.
Sibanye FC, who were a high-riding side in last year’s ABC Motsepe League season, continued their losing streak, as they went down 5-0 to Spears FC at Kwabulala Sports Field in Mbhizana.
In the local derby, SUBS lost 1-0 to Peace Makers, in front of their home supporters, in their exciting game that took place at Motherwell NU 2 Stadium on Friday evening.
