Learners go the extra mile for charity

On their annual Valentine’s Picnic Day, each learner of Moregrove Primary School in Cotswold Extension donated R5. The donations were split between Save-A-Pet and Khayalethu Youth Centre this year. The School Management Team and governing body also encouraged the learners to be considerate of others that are less privileged, and therefore have instated an annual charity drive where each grade “adopts” a charity, and donates towards it.
