IRISH dancing fans from all over the Eastern Cape will descend on The Savoy Theatre at the end of the month for the long-awaited show, The Rising.
Presented by famed Nelson Mandela Bay-based Irish dance studio, McWilliams Academy of Dance, the show will feature dazzling new choreography, as well as the Dans In Jou Taal winning performance of Warriors.
The Rising, sponsored by Algoa Toyota, Greyvensteins Incorporated, Pam Golding Properties and DD van Schalkwyk, is aimed at raising funds for the 10 dancers at the studio who have qualified for the World Championships to be held in North Carolina, USA, in April 2019.
The Rising will be staged at The Savoy Theatre in Perridgevale on November 30 and December 1 at 18:30 for 19:00 and will feature multiple award-winning guest artist, Annaline Stiglingh.
