GQEBERHA is gearing up for an adrenaline-packed weekend as the Inner City Enduro (ICE) takes over Baakens Valley from September 14 and 15.
This year’s event features a challenging track with 16 man-made obstacles and a thrilling Red Bull Hill Climb on Sunday.
Alabaster Street will be closed off as South Africa’s top Hard Enduro Riders, including Wade Young, Travis Teasdale and Kyle Flanagan, go head-to-head.
Gates open at 09:00 on Saturday and 08:00 on Sunday.
Tickets are R150 for a weekend pass. Spectators can enjoy food stalls and a beer garden, while riders battle it out in the new race format, ensuring each rider gets at least five laps.
After five laps, points will determine eliminations.
For 2024, the action will be back with the Red Bull Hill Climb on Sunday, and Red Cherry Events have gone above-and-beyond to make this mid-day feature that much more challenging for the world’s best Hard Enduro Riders.
