Two months since a teen from Helenvale went missing, police are still trying to find her.
Nikita Williams (15), known also as Dolly, was last seen on September 22 this year when she left her house in Voisen Road at approximately 14:30 to go to a shop.
Police spokesperson, Col. Priscilla Naidu, said that at the time of her disappearance, Dolly was wearing a denim summer dress but no shoes.
“The mother reported her missing on October 12. According to her mother, people have seen her on several occasions frequenting drug dens in Durban Road and Central,” Naidu said.
The Family Violence, Child Protection and Sexual Offences Unit (FCS) in Nelson Mandela Bay is investigating the matter.
