Elsen Academy, a school for children with learning barriers, situated in Central, recently made meals for the residents of nearby Cuylerholme for the Aged. A donation of cheese from Woodlands Dairy for the school’s community awareness project enabled the high school consumer studies students to make delicious macaroni cheese, while the vocational phase learners made cheese sandwiches.
