ONE of Zakhele Football Association’s oldest clubs, Dynamos FC, honoured their players for their performances during the 2017/18 and 2018/19 seasons at their awards function, which was held at the Holy Pentecostal Church in Kwazakhele on Saturday.
In attendance were players, their parents, club officials, club legends and community leaders.
Ward 19 Councillor, Gamalihleli Maqhula, who was a guest speaker, appealed to players to take sport seriously.
“Some players earn a living through sport. Sport helps to keep the youth off street corners. Players need to support their children who take part in sport. To play helps to keep the children healthy but crime does not pay.”
