The Animal Anti-Cruelty League charity shop is urgently in need of donations. Clothing, bric-a-brac, household goods, linen, books and costume jewellery would be greatly appreciated. SANCCOB:
SANCCOB is open to visitors for tours of the centre from 09:00 to 16:00 daily. Home pen feeding takes place from 09:00 to 10:00, and 14:00 to 16:00. The PE branch will have their monthly meeting at the Caritas Service Centre in West Street, Newton Park, on Wednesday, February 9, at 19:30. SANTA PE will have a yard sale at their office at 65 5th Avenue, Newton Park, on Saturday, March 26, from 08:00 to 12:00. They are appealing for donations of clothing and household items, such as blankets, bedding, curtains, kitchenware, good condition used electrical goods and toys. All COVID-19 protocols will be observed. All proceeds will be used for the purchase of the fortified nutritional supplements provided to TB patients to support them. SANTA PE also often assists with donations to families who have lost their personal belongings and homes in fires.
