Budweiser, one of the world’s most iconic beers, now also brewed in South Africa, is lighting up the country to celebrate its 32nd year as the official, and therefore exclusive, beer of the 2018 FIFA World Cup™.
Following the recent unveiling of AB InBev’s new global campaign, “Light Up the FIFA World Cup™,” Budweiser South Africa is currently touring the country to literally light up eight of South Africa’s 2010 stadiums in an effort to ensure that South Africans feel part of the euphoric energy leading up to the most watched sporting event on the planet.
On Friday, 25 May Port Elizabeth’s Nelson Mandela Bay Stadium is next in line to be lit up on the tour.
Fans are invited to join the high-energy brand for the city’s official Light-Up party with Metro FM and DJ Prince Kaybee at Finnezz Fusion Cafe at the Humerail Shopping Centre, where guests will have the opportunity to win one FIFA World Cup™ ticket.
