THE bumper summer season programme is back in Nelson Mandela Bay this year which will ensure visitors and locals have entertainment to enjoy and the peace of mind that law enforcement will be in place.
For the next three years, the summer season programme will be known as “SPAR Summer Nathi”, translated as “Summer for us”, consisting of a music concert and a fireworks display.
Nelson Mandela Bay Municipality’s Executive Mayor, Mongameli Bobani, said it was of vital importance to accommodate locals, as well as visitors, who will be attending the event.
“This municipality is behind the programme to boost our local economy. I would like to ensure all stakeholders and visitors that their safety, security and enjoyment are our primary concern. This programme caters for all community members,” Bobani said.
