There was great excitement at Khayalethu Youth Centre recently, when the 35 boys received new shoes from Tati Tsunke, general manager at The Boardwalk Casino and Hotel, along with stationery worth R18 000. Khayalethu Youth Centre director, Dr Marietjie van der Merwe (pictured with some of the boys), said getting the children ready for school each year was a huge expense and she was grateful to The Boardwalk for their continued support. photo: SUPPLIED
