LOYAL supporters were left disappointed as their sides suffered huge defeats to the big teams during the SAFA Nelson Mandela Bay Women’s Regional League games that were played on Sunday.
The home supporters of PE Queens saw their side lose 6-0 to Rhodes University at New Brighton Oval Stadium. Nobuhle Ladies were ruthless in their 9-0 victory over Shining Stars at Jabavu Stadium in KwaNobuhle. The hosts, Mthuza United, were on the receiving end in their 4-0 loss to their neighbours, Volcano Ladies, during their game at Motherwell NU 11 Stadium.
Vuku Wanderers suffered a 4-1 away loss to Moonlight City at Thembani Stadium in KwaLanga. The home side, Manchester Babes, disappointed their supporters when Walmer Ladies took them to cleaners, handing them an outright 8–0 defeat at Jabavu Stadium.
