THE Aurora Special Care Centre is hosting its annual Aurora Christmas Market on December 2 from 15:00 to 20:00 and on December 3 from 09:00 to 13:00.
The market will take place at the Aurora Stimulation Centre in Alan Drive and will feature a wide variety of food, lifestyle and craft products – including crafts made by Aurora’s own residents. Market-goers can look forward to food trucks and live music on the Friday and a kiddies’ play area on the Saturday.
The entry fee is R10 for adults and children under 12 enter free of charge.
Aurora is a non-profit organisation that looks after children and adults with physical and mental challenges and relies heavily on donations from the local businesses and individuals.
