THE IIE’s Varsity College Nelson Mandela Bay recently hosted a Careers Fair on campus.

More than 250 students engaged and networked with the 14 companies present.

The likes of Dimension Data, BLC Attorneys, Fidelity ADT, PW Harvey & Co, Old Mutual and a string of retail banks to name a few, introduced themselves and possible job opportunities to students.

“The highlight for me as an IT student was the one-on-one interaction I had with the representatives of Dimension Data, one of the biggest IT companies around,” said Vishani Patel, second year IIE Bachelor of Computer & Information Sciences in Application Development at The IIE’s Varsity College Nelson Mandela Bay.

“They challenged me to answer certain questions which had me thinking outside the box, and gave me more information on an industry I’m excited about entering.”
